Whatever your reason for quitting, with willpower and NICORETTE® Gum you are twice as likely to succeed. How do I use NICORETTE® Gum? NICORETTE® Gum is not an ordinary gum so you should not chew it constantly. To make sure you get the most from your NICORETTE® Gum, use the NICORETTE® chewing technique. The full course for using NICORETTE® Gum lasts around 16 weeks, from quitting cigarettes to no longer requiring NICORETTE® Gum. During that time, you should gradually reduce your intake of nicotine, until you can do without it. We suggest that you use NICORETTE Gum for 12 weeks, reducing the number of pieces used in the next 4 weeks

Dosage:

Weeks 1-12: Chew 1 piece when there is an urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours. After 12 weeks: Gradually reduce to 1-2 pieces a day and then stop use. Use no more than 20 pieces of 2mg gum in a day.

Active Ingredients:

Each piece of gum contains Nicotine 2mg.

Warning:

Should not be used by pregnant women or nursing mothers. Do not use if you have a sore throat. Do not smoke while using the gum. Must not be used by non-smokers or by children or anyone under 18 years.
